Quick Tips: My Artwork was Damaged in Transit

First off, we must say that most packages arrive safely without issue. In the very rare case in which damage occurs, follow these quick tips for a speedy resolution.


Congratulations! You've received your new artwork, and we're confident you're going to love it. It's very rare but it does happen from time to time that a package is damaged in shipment. When this happens we want to get the issue resolved promptly for you. Follow these steps:

  1. Open and inspect your artwork as soon as possible once it has been delivered.
  2. If you notice any damages to the artwork or package, please keep all packing materials on hand as it may be required should we need to open a insurance claim with UPS.
  3. Please send photos of the damage to orders@artmill.com.
  4. We will then review and advise on the best course of action to get you and your artwork taken care of in the most efficient manner possible.
